Panoramic Cameras:
For shooting landscape pictures, a panoramic is used because of its special feature of viewing 120°, 180° or 360° in one exposure. Most cameras do it by rotating the lens or the whole camera while shutter is exposing through the lens. A panoramic must be mounted on a tripod to ensure that the horizon remains level. (i.e. Hasselblad X Pan)

Under-Water Cameras:
There are some special cameras designed for under-water photography. These cameras have special dials to read in water and large external controls for focusing and selecting shutter-speed and aperture. These have however slightly short focal-lengths than ordinary lenses. This is because of the refracting effect of the water which increases the degree of magnification. (i.e. Sea & Sea M X 5)
