Camera Care

1. The camera should be kept free of dust and fingerprints. Improper handling of the camera can result in unsharp images and can affect the quality of pictures.

2. Dust on lenses can also affect the quality of photographs. If dust happens to enter the body of the camera, it can cause scratches on the film which will render the film unsuitable for printing images. Great care must be taken of the lens by cleaning it regularly with lens tissue or cloth.

3. The camera body can also be cleaned by using a soft piece of fabric while the sockets and terminals can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air.

4. Batteries should also be regularly checked for any leakage of acid.
